He was predeceased by: his father Charles Robert Smith. He is survived by: his mother Ann Duncan Smith; his wife Donna Vinson Smith; his son Dylan Smith; his grandchildren, Carly, Audrey, Bentley and Reid; and his siblings, Kaye Smith and Tom Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunt, cousins, in-laws, and friends.
