He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond G. MacKay, Sr. and Violet Bechtel MacKay; and his sister Pamela M. Higby (Paul). He is survived by: his wife Martha A. MacKay; and his children, James B. MacKay of Westerlo, NY and Deborah J. MacKay of Lexington, KY. He is also survived by three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
