He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Carr and Ethel Carr. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Carr; his children, David Richard Carr, II (Denise) and Heather Carr-Davis (Lee); and his grandchildren, Wyche (Lauryn), Braxton (Annie), Caleb and Lexa (Brandon). He is also survived by 2 great granddaughters, 1 great grandson and 1 brother.
