He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph L. Nickerson and Audrey Nickerson Lannigan (Smith); and his brother Edwin Nickerson of Presque Isle, ME.. He is survived by: his wife Cherryl Nickerson (Buck) of Seven Lakes, NC; his children, Randy Nickerson (Disa) of Anchorage, AK and Deborah Fowler (James) of Potomac, MD; his grandchildren, Cherryl Salzman (Brock) of Las Vegas, NV, Patrick Fowler (Amy) of Silver Spring, MD and William Fowler of New York, NY; his great grandchildren, Ava and Lily Salzman of Las Vegas, NV.; his sister Paula Fugal; his brother-in-law Dale of Chiefland, FL; and his brother Myron of Florida.
