House of Seven Lakes; her daughters, Jessica Flower (Kyle) of Galena, OH and Sarah Terrigno (Michael) of Strongsville, OH; her mother Carole J. Koch (Jaycox) of Amherst, OH; her grandchildren, Olivia, Linden Flower, Anthony and Noah Terrigno; and her nieces, Andrea Bockwich and Morgan Hunt.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in her name to the Panther Fund at Elyria Catholic High School at 725 Gulf Rd. Elyria, OH 44035.
