He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Davis and Helen Davis (Treadwell); his grandparents, Haywood and Daisy Treadwell; his aunt Louise (Morris); and his uncle Gordon (Treadwell).

He is survived by: his wife Kathleen (Landry); his daughter Alissa; his grandson Best Bud; and his aunts, Nora "Diddle" Meismer and Ruth Scott.
