He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Nathanial McCain and Mary Scoggins McCain; his sisters, Annie Rose Richardson and Carol Walker; and also, Joseph McCain (J. D.), Willie McCain, Norman McCain, Freddie McCain and Adolphus McCain.
He is survived by: his wife Minister Mable Stewart McCain; his children, Donna Ingram (Gregory) of Milton and Brian M. McCain (Johnette) of High Point; his stepsons, Ernest Deon McCain (Tyshia) of Milton and Jermaine McCain of Ringgold, Virginia; his sister Patricia Thompson (Harold) of Semora; his sisters-in-law, Mary McCain, Rohelia McCain and Annie McCain (Bobby); and his nephew John Wayne Brandon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Due to the constraints of public gatherings during the COVID-19 outbreak a viewing will be Friday, January 28, 2022, from 2 p. m. to 7 p. m. in the Juanita S. Fulton Memorial Chapel of Fulton-Walton Funeral Home.
