With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lovelene Stewart Winstead of Semora, North Carolina, who passed away on December 13, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughter Jeanette Winstead; her grandchildren, James Gunn and Tearron Clayborn; her children, Elaine W. Clayborn of Semora, Sue Turpin, Janet Stewart (Clarence) of Milton and Douglas Smith of Semora; her nephews, Barry Johnson and Frankie Stewart; and her sisters-in-law, Mae Sue Winstead, Pansy Stewart, Ollie Mae Stewart (Chump), Ernestine Jay and Dorothy Lewis. She was also cherished by 6 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
Due to the constraints of public gatherings during the COVID-19 outbreak a viewing will be Friday, December 18, 2020 from 2 to7 p. m. in the Juanita S. Fulton Memorial Chapel of Fulton-Walton Funeral Home with a limit of 10 people at a time. (Per CDC Guidelines: Facial Masks are required).
