He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward Willard, Sr. and Annie Ingold Willard; and his sisters, Nancy Carol Willard Clark and Kathy Willard Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann; his children, Trisha Dawn Hatch of Pelham, James Edward "Buddy" Willard, III of Eden and Danny Geronimo Chance of Semora; and his sister Nellie Annette Vuk of Burlington. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
