With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Delacy Seymore Hodgin Jr. (Semora, North Carolina), who passed away on April 2, 2020 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, DeLacy Seymore Hodgin, Sr. and Jettie Mae Law Hodgin. He is survived by: his sons, Christopher James Hodgin (Stephanie) of Roxboro and Brian DeLace Hodgin (Misty) of Lexington; his grandchildren, Laney, Carter and Kendall Hodgin; his stepgrandchildren, Danielle Marie Cotten, Cheyenne Lynn Cotten, Lauren Elise Cotten and Jordan Lea Cotten; and his stepgreat-granddaughter Ashlynn Cotten.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Semora Volunteer Fire Department, PO Box 54, Semora, NC 27343 or Dan River Church, 2805 Riverside Drive, Danville VA 24540.
