She was predeceased by: her parents, Dave Stewart and Daisy Stewart; her spouse Aldeen Royal; her sons, Daniel Royal, David Royal and Aldean Royal; her great grandchildren, Miguel Wenstley, Nautica Barnette and Onysti Smith; her great great grandchild Khaleb Smith; her brothers, Roy Stewart, Harrison Stewart and Alvin Stewart; and her sisters-in-law, Ruby Stewart and Mabel Stewart.
She is survived by: her daughters, Daisy Elmore (David), Emma Royal, Frances Bennett, Katie Wagstaff (Gregory) and Connie Royal. She is also survived by nineteen great-great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives, and friends.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John & Juanita's. Fulton Memorial Chapel of Fulton-Walton Funeral Home (219 Dillard School Dr, Yanceyville, NC 27379). Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the MacEdonia AME Church (4164 Yarboroughs Mill Rd, Milton, NC 27305). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at the MacEdonia AME Church Cemetery (4164 Yarboroughs Mill Rd, Milton, NC 27305).
