He was predeceased by: his parents, George Malcolm "Sam" and Dorothy Shelton McSherry; and his sister Brenda McSherry Brandon. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Jeffress McSherry; his siblings, George Malcolm "Mac" McSherry, Jr. (Janice) of Graham and Dorothy McSherry Pleasant (WD) of Purley; and his pet Popeye. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
