He is survived by: his sister Kym Dixon (Johnny); his niece Anna Carol Seasons (Sean) of Hubert; his great-nieces, Kolby and Ellie Seasons; his nephew Jacob Creech (Ashley) of Kenly; his sister Christina Antunez of Massillon, OH; and his nephews, Michael Brantham, Antonio Antunez, Christian Antunez, Kelly Moore and Tim Earp "Harp".
