She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley William Stell Jr.; and her siblings, Michael Lewis Lowe Sr. and Cathy Carlene Lowe. She is survived by: her mother Delores Hodges of Benson, NC; and her children, Mary Betts (Keith) of Selma, NC, Cyntia Stell (Leroy) of Smithfield, NC, Angela Reabald (Dennis) of Fort Drum, NY, Sherry Kimmel (Robert), Aaron Ferris of Micro, NC, Crystal Doane, Michael Lowe (Viola), Tiffany Coates (Frank) and Misty Morin (Robert). She is also survived by 14 loving grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren, along with 8 nieces and nephews.
