She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Rachel Oneal of Clayton, NC, Ricky Oneal (Michelle) and Tyrone Battle; and her siblings, Brenda Avery of Clayton, NC, Watson of Clayton, NC, Roger Avery of Clayton, NC, Michael Avery of Clayton, NC and Roy Avery (Pamela). She was also cherished by one grandchild and other relatives and friends.
Due to COVID-19, the Governor of North Carolina has asked that all gatherings be limited to no more than 30 people including staff and all attendees such as clergy, ushers, musicians etc.
