He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ira and Mamie Edwards McCray; and his sisters, Judith Brantham and Jannie Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Linda Garner McCray; his sons, Christopher McCray, Ashley of Kenly and Jamie McCray of Micro; his grandchildren, Bladen and Lincoln McCray; his siblings, Robert "Bobby" McCray of Texas, Donna Johnson of Selma and Connie Coughlin; and his brother-in-law Walter Thompson. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
