He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Lazar and Frances Patello; his wife Vickie Lazar; and his daughter Sherry Ann Marie Rutkowski. He is survived by: his children, April Bigelow, Tonya Kay Lazar, Robert Edward Lazar, Jr. and Johnny Ray Lazar; his grandchildren, Thomas, Tyler, Katelyn, Shelby, Jimmy, Davenie, Adalynn, Bentley, Paisley, Adrian, Alex and Jacob; and his great grandchild Haven.
