He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Adam Oliver and Marcedes Kirby Oliver. He is survived by: his wife Carol Parker Oliver; his daughters, Amy Burnett (Craig) of Fayetteville and Marla Massey (Reuben) of Clayton; and his grandchildren, Katheryn Burnett and Nicholas Massey.
