He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Nancy Joyner Rains of Colorado and Melvin Clifton Rains; his sisters, Tanya Morris and Kim Drown; his brother-in-law John Henley; his nieces and nephews, Brandon Starling, Robbie Drown, Caleigh J. Drown and Magdalene Drown; his great-nephew Sebastian Starling; and his great-niece Kayleigh Starling.
