He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Woodrow Cannady Sr. and Annie Laurie Matthis Cannady. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Kyle Cannady (Sarah) of Selma and April Vanessa Cannady of Alpharetta, Georgia; and his grandchildren, Mia Smith, Isla Kim and Zoe Cannady.
