She was predeceased by: her parents, Allie Hocutt and Vera Carpenter Hocutt; her husband Franklin Price; and her siblings-in-law, Lynwood Price, Jeanette Price, Nellie Gray Moore and Moore.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Outlaw (David) and Ted Price (Ashley); her grandchildren, Taylor Outlaw, Brendan Outlaw, Teddy Price and Alexis Price; her sister Allette Hale (Ray); and also, Janet Bullock and Joyce Creech. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Thanksgiving Baptist Church (6701 NC-42, Selma, NC 27576).
