It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Howard Raba of Selma, North Carolina, born in Middlesex, New Jersey, who passed away on July 24, 2024, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, James Howard shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid James Howard farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert John and Eileen Margaret Black Raba; and his brother Robert John Raba, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Crennan Raba; his sons, Stephen Raba (Karen) of Queen Creek, AZ and Kennith Raba (Cayla) of Spring Lake, NC; his stepson Sean Blackwood of Phoenix, AZ; his daughters, Stacey Siewert (Brandon) and Danielle Raba of Selma, NC; his sisters, Linda Malley of Venus, TX, Dianne Hoffman (Douglas) of White City, OR and Beverly Crennan (Thomas) of Whiting, NJ; and his sister-in-law Susan Raba of Whiting, NJ. He is also survived by five grandchildren, five step-grandchildren, two great grandchildren and two step-great grandchildren.
