With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harold Futrell of Selma, North Carolina, who passed away on May 20, 2021 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Lawrence and Essie Jordan Futrell; and his siblings, Thomas, Bobby, Charles Futrell and Eva Capps.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Batten Futrell; his stepchildren, Kimberly Brantley (James) of Clayton and Jeremy Deans (April) of Garner; his siblings, Perry Futrell of Garner, Hubert Futrell of Clayton, Glenn Futrell of Carry, Stanley Futrell of Newton Grove, Stella Christensen of Eastover, Linda Faye Tart of Clinton, Mary Tew of St. Paul's, Marie Williams of Smithfield and Kathy Futrell of Selma; and his grandchildren, Mollie Brantley, Emilee Brantley, Harrison Deans, Turner Deans and Hayden Deans.
