It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gene Flowers Beasley of Selma, North Carolina, who passed away on November 25, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Randall Beasley and Hazel Beasley; his wife Sue Adams Flowers; his sister Terry Beasley Barefoot; and his pet Tuffy.
He is survived by: his children, Sherri Lynn Cannady (Matt) of Clayton, Jamie Flowers (Andie) and BJ Pollard (Jessica) of Selma; his siblings, Rayvon Flowers, Helen Johnson, Bobbie Lynn Toole, Joyce Holloman and JoAnn Peedin; his grandchildren, Gracie Cannady, Tanner Flowers, Taylor Flowers, Tristan Gaskins, Katy Pollard, Mia Pollard and McKenzie Bruce; his great grandchild Aaron Starling; his girlfriend Donna Baker; and his pet Riley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as many in laws.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the SECU Hospice House in Smithfield.
