He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland Ethro Jones, Sr. of Selma and Clara Lessie Bunn Jones of Selma; his wife Lois Boykin Jones; his sons, Dennis Gerald Jones and Donald Brent Jones; and his sisters, Thelma Jones, Eloise Hinkle and Ola Mae Barnes.
He is survived by: his son Gary Anthony Jones of Selma, NC; his grandsons, Brian Wesley Jones of Las Vegas, NV and Don Christopher Jones of El Cajon, CA; and his brother Dr. Ray O. Jones (Miriam).
The family asks that all in attendance follow normal Covid-19 precautions with masks and social distancing.
