She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Godwin and Annabella King Godwin; and her siblings, King, James, Willie, Billie, Clifton, Ida Mae and Betsy Lee.
She is survived by: her siblings, Carolyn Godwin, Hazel, Rolinda Godwin, Wallace Godwin, Calvin Godwin (Jeanette) and Robert Godwin; her sisters-in-law, Vernice and Helen Godwin; her caregivers, Tina and Marlene Godwin; and her pet Duchess. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
