He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Price and Nedgie Ellen Price; his wife Jeanette Whitley Price; his sister Nellie Gray Moore; his brother-in-law I. W. Moore; and his brother Franklin "Frank" Delano Price.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon Price Parrish (John) and Gary Lynn Price (Lucy); his grandchildren, Kenneth Barton Price, Holly Price Carter (Patrick), Marcy Price, Nicholas Price and Natalie Price; his great grandchild Evelyn Ray Helms; and his sister-in-law Katie Hocutt Price. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Flowers are welcomed or memorial contributions may be made to Thanksgiving Baptist Church.
