He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Douglas and Elizabeth Douglas. He is survived by: his sons, Tedrick Kennedy and Tristian K. Kennedy; and his siblings, Mary F. Nichols, Norma Jenkins, Evelyn Jasper, Shirley Jones, Alfred Nichols, James Douglas and Tony Douglas (Sharon). He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.

Facial coverings and social distancing must be observed.
