It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Wallace Spragins (Selma, North Carolina), born in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, who passed away on October 11, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmo Wallace and Lucy Odom Spragins; his son Wallace Spragins; and his sister Gail Spragins. He is survived by: his wife Frieda Spragins; his daughter Hannah Spragins of Cary; and his brother Dale Spragins (Anne) of Roanoke Rapids.
