He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Blaine and Vicky Godwin Murray; and his wife Elizabeth Lane Murray. He is survived by: his children, Gerald Murray (Jo) of Kenly, Terry Murray of Kenly and Tammy Eason (Eddie) of Selma; and his siblings, Bobby Murray of Spring Lake and Virginia Finch of Virginia. He is also survived by six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
