It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ammie T Hinson Jr. (Selma, North Carolina), who passed away on February 24, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Ammie T. Hinson Sr.; and his siblings, Lenzo Hinson and Nancy Hinson. He is survived by: his wife Edna Sullivan Hinson; and his children, Almon "Tim" Hinson of Charleston, SC. and Susan Page of Newton Grove, NC.. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
