He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Allen and Bertie Dunn Allen; and his siblings, Maggie Sheffield, Robert Allen, Clinton Allen, Frances Allen and Shirley "Sissy" Adkins.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his daughter Billie Jo Lambeth (Will); his siblings, Grace Lemonds (Jack), Annie Mae Perkins of Thomas, Bill Allen, Linda Greene, Clyde Allen, Gary Allen, Donald Allen, Junior Allen (Joyce) and Steven Allen (Jackie); his stepgrandchildren, Colby Lambeth and Skylar Lambeth; and his stepgreat-grandchild Addalyn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and friends.
