He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvin McNeill and Georgia Owens McNeill; his daughter Rhonda McNeill Cagle; and his siblings, James McNeill, Henry McNeill and Linda Greer.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Kennedy McNeill; his children, Cathy Hill (Randy) of Seagrove and Craig McNeill of Seagrove; his siblings, Shirley Moffitt (Howard) of Seagrove, Rachel Hall (Frankie) of Seagrove, Charles McNeill of Seagrove, Danny McNeill of Seagrove and Jerry McNeill of Seagrove; his grandchildren, Brandon Hill, Jarred Hill, Logan McNeill and Emma Martindale; his great grandchildren, Jaden Hill, Kylie Hill and Mia Hill; his sisters-in-law, Wanda McNeill and Kay Brown (James); and his friend Luther Cagle.
