She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Staley and Thelma Davis Staley (J. P. Setliff); her son Howard Hussey; her siblings, Reba Hussey, Tula Cranford, Newby Staley and Eston Staley; her grandchildren, Mitchell Hussey and Jennifer Miller; and her great grandchild Wyatt Chriscoe.
She is survived by: her children, Bertha Hussey (Johnny) of Seagrove, Nancy Shaw (Tommy) of Ramseur, Patsy Spivey of Seagrove, Barbara Chriscoe of Asheboro, Tony Hussey (Stephanie) of Seagrove, Bobby Hussey of Seagrove and Russell Hussey (Marcia) of Seagrove; and her siblings, Freida Maness of Seagrove, Jane Allred of Asheboro, Myrtis Jean Cumming of Cameron, Stella Goodwin of High Point, Magdalene Kearns of Reidsville and Ralph Staley of Asheboro. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren, forty-one great-grandchildren, fourteen great-great-grandchildren.
