We are sad to announce that on January 13, 2021, at the age of 54, Jerry Fields of Seagrove, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Jackson Fields; and his brother David Wayne "Bubby" Fields. He is survived by: his mother Esther Fritz Fields; and his siblings, Susie Barton (Wayne) of Linwood, Della Fields of Sophia, Liz Hayes (Vernon) of Seagrove, Darrell Fields of Seagrove and Kevin Fields of Lexington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
