He was predeceased by: his wife Alice Easter Worrell; his parents, John Duralde and Nanette Rose Stuckey Worrell; his brother Thomas Worrell; his stepchildren, Joanne Anderson, Tommy Joe Fritts and Billy Ray Fritts; and his son-in-law Robbie Stegenga.
He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Taylor (Chad) of Seagrove and Rebecca W. Stegenga (Steven Price) of Liberty, SC; his siblings, Mary Weiss (Joe), Bonnie Baker, Patricia Worrell, John Worrell (Gail) and William Worrell; and his stepchildren, Carla Stewart Shook of Kiser, NC and Gary Eugene Fritts (Janice) of Lexington. He is also survived by twenty two grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren.
