He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Davis and Elizabeth Robertson Shaw. He is survived by: his children, Teresa Singleton (Stephen), Melissa Freeman of Ramseur, Kevin Davis (Lisa Riffe) of Troy and Scottie Davis of Ramseur; his siblings, Suzanne Stout (Gary) of Siler City, Donald Nelson (Charlene) of Wilmington, Tony Davis Ramseur (Debra), Jimmy Davis of Yadkinville, Ronald Davis (Paula) of Seagrove and Darrell Davis (Cathy) of Ramseur; his grandchildren, Erica Henley, Kyra Hurd, Austin Freeman, Hannah Freeman, Preston Freeman, Jaxon Hill, Mandy Davis and Ellie Davis; and his great grandchildren, Xander Hurd and Mila Hurd.
