He was predeceased by: his parents, David Leach and Adaline Leach; and his children, Kenneth Miller and Arnita Kimes. He is survived by: his children, Lynn Martinez, Cedric Brown, David V. Leach, Herbert "Lee" Leach (Debbie), Daniel C. Covington, Mischale Patterson (Gary), Marie Lowery, LaChonda Wright, Tyler Kimes and Dimitri Faglier. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
