Ramey and Helena Jo Stacy (Justin); his siblings, Candy Ramey, Jo Matney (Richard), Paul Ramey (Brenda), Patty Mullins, Shelia Carter (Thomas), Charlene Looney (Darrell), George Ramey (Kim) and Portia Justus; and his grandchildren, Skyler Ramey, Kaleigh Stacy, Chase Stacy and Gracelynn Ramey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
