She was predeceased by: her husband Carlyle Dunlap; and her parents, Howard Moran and Lecta Moran. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Kay Wilkie, Ruby Diane Cox, Norris Randall Jessup of Bennett and Reggie Arlee Jessup of Bennett; and her siblings, Nellie Frances Routh of High Falls, Rama Lee Maness of High Falls and Gary Ray Moran. She is also survived by grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.
