He is survived by: his daughter Tanangela Parker-Moody of Seaboard; his grandson Phillip L. Parker of Elizabeth City; and his siblings, Susie P. Oldham of Bowling Green, Jacqueline P. Henderson of Seaboard, Lois P. Edmond of Clayton and Anthony Tann (Anita) of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
