She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter Clifton Phipps and Wilma Hampton Phipps; her husband William Earl "Bill" Lawrence; her sons, James Earl "Jim" (late Cindy) and Walter Braxton "Brad" (Kristy); her grandchildren, Daniel O. Conley (Katie), Mitchell E. Lawrence (Rachel), Eric B. Lawrence (Shanna), Alex W. Lawrence (Kaitlin) and Samantha L. Lewis (Brandon); her great grandchildren, Jocelynn Conley, Shyanne Conley, Riley Lawrence and Kaleb Conley; and her siblings, Joyce Scott (Joe), James Warner Phipps "Jimmy" (Sonia), Walter Clifton Phipps Jr. "Bozo" (Susan), Jayne Phipps Boger (Randy) and Jeffrey Karl Phipps "Jeff" (Kim).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Pungo Christian Academy located at 983 W. Main St., Belhaven, NC, 27810, in Judy's name or to a charity of the sender's choice.
