He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Rusher Piver; his wife Tammy Theusch Piver; his daughter Elaina Shannon Piver; his sisters, Mary Piver George and Malinda Piver; his nieces and nephews, Wendy, Stephen (Crystal), Bradley, Haley, Becca, Gracie and Aubree; his stepchildren, Jessica, Garrett (Estefany), Cara (Lawrence) and Mac (Samantha); his grandchildren, Elliott, Zaine, Zoe, Ava, Lincoln and Cattleya; and his close friends, Roxie, Squirt, Kenny and Ernie.
