He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Allen Holloman and Lucy Johnetta Smith Holloman; and his siblings, John Smith and Sandra Holloman. He is survived by: his children, William Edward Holloman, Jr. of Ahoskie, Floyd Twyman, III of Greenville, Dominique Twyman of Ahoskie, Justin Williams (Keisherra) of Greenville and Jordan Williams of Syracuse, NY.; his former wife Tina Denmark of Ahoskie; and his grandchildren, Ashya Twyman, Kayden Williams, Leilani Williams, Skylar Twyman and Ava Aurora Williams. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
