He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodney W. Askew and Valeria Bridgers Askew. He is survived by: his wife SuEllen; his sons, Brian David Askew (Joy) of Columbus, OH and Billy Askew (Jenifer Coleman) of Glen Allen, VA; and his sister Phyllis Woodard (Jimmy) of Raleigh, NC.. He is also survived by his family and friends.
