He is survived by: his father Linwood Draughn of Scotland Neck, NC; his wife Mary Louise Draughn; his son Wayne Douglas Draughn, Jr. of Duluth, GA; and his siblings, Julius Draughn of Fayetteville, NC, Antonio Whitaker of Greensboro, NC, Joan Bynum of Tarboro, NC, Minnie Draughn of Tarboro, NC, Lois Glass of Tarboro, NC and Bessie Cooper of Speed, NC. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
