He was predeceased by: his parents, Mina Long Martin and Roger William Martin; his father-in-law Jerry Dean Askew; and his pet Bella. He is survived by: his wife Julie Askew Martin; his daughters, Jessie Lynn Martin (Michael Smith) and Rachel Martin; his siblings, Tony Martin (Ellie), Alvin Martin (Linda), Susan Martin Britton and Patricia Bryant (Tommy); his nieces and nephews, Rebecca, Ali, Shawn, Sharlene, Patrick, William, Travis and Shane; his mother-in-law Shirley Askew; his siblings-in-law, Jerri Lynn Askew and Jeff Askew; and his close friend Ronald Vaughan. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
