She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Cobb and Laura Williams Cobb; her husband Cicero Nethery; her son Cicero "Sonny" Nethery, Jr.; her sisters, Lela Cobb Baggett, Ann Cobb Ross and Lucille Cobb Robinson; and her granddaughter Donna Lynn James.
She is survived by: her daughters, Margaret Nethery Keeter (Wayne) of Roanoke Rapids and Laura Nethery Hux (Ronald) of Enfield; and her brothers, Roy David Cobb (Frances) of Halifax and Tyrus Raymond Cobb (Shirley) of Jacksonville, FL. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 8 great great grandchildren and 4 great, great, great grandchildren.
