We are sad to announce that on May 4, 2024, at the age of 85, Mary Rosalia (Rose) Drury Maddrey (Scotland Neck, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Mary Rosalia's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Mary Rosalia has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Drury and Arch Drury. She is survived by: her husband Charles; her son Charles Gordon (Jessica) of Franklin, NC; her grandchildren, Eli Nathaniel, Abeline Rose and Emerson Mitchell; her son Gregory Hoggard (Stephanie) of Alexandria, VA; and her siblings, Emily Winterson (Rick) of Duxbury, MA and Mike Drury (Linda) of Grand Rivers, KY. She is also survived by 21 nieces and nephews; and many great nieces and nephews.
