She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Jackson Dail and Lillian Tyson Dail; her husband Billy Ray Morring; her son Edward Earl Mooring; and her siblings, Junior, Willis, Charlie Ray, Oscar, Bobby Dail, Margaret Dawson, Joyce Carter and Lewellyn McCloud.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth "Libby" Mooring of Pendleton, Julie Gray (Randy) of Newsomes, VA, Johnny Ray Mooring of Ahoskie and Robert Wayne Mooring (Peggy) of Chocowinity, NC; her daughter-in-law Donna Mooring of Pendleton; her grandchildren, Tessa Bryant, Cassie Bryant, Kelly Barnes (Tabb), Melissa Spires (Travis), Erica Mooring (Ricky), Lindsey Privott (Robert), Alyssa Smith, Ashley Holloman (Kirk), Brandon Mooring (Erin), Wayne Bryant and Phillip Bryant; her sister Linda Ragan of Virginia Beach, VA; and her pet Lucky. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
